What can you expect if you make contact:

  • Your call will be answered by one of the team in Ken’s  ServiceMaster Clean business. They will take your details, explain what costs are involved and determine whether you need to speak with Ken before you commit to him coming out.
  • It may be that your case is not straightforward and a conversation with Ken would be helpful. Ken will call you to discuss your situation and advise whether he thinks its worth pursuing based on the information you provide him. He will also talk with you about your likelihood of success and how you may be able to reclaim the costs of his services if you’re a consumer.
  • If you agree that an inspection is worthwhile Ken will visit you and provide an initial on-site inspection. If you are the consumer and you have employed him, he may be able to give you his opinion immediately.  You can then decide if you wish him to construct a report which he will email and/or post after payment has cleared. If you are a trade representative appointing Ken, you can rest assured that nothing will be discussed with the consumer that might prejudice how you wish to conclude the dispute. This has no reflection of the independent nature of the report however.
  • If required you will receive an entirely independent written report that clearly and concisely describes the causes of the problem, who might be liable (if anyone) and recommendations where possible.
  • Carpet Judge’s findings can be used for progressing complaints or arbitration processes and Ken can appear as an expert witness should matters go to court proceedings (further fees involved).
